The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) is developing the next regional transit strategic plan to guide how our transit system will adapt to the impacts of the pandemic to provide safe, reliable, accessible public transportation that connects people to opportunity, advances equity, and combats climate change. RTA has an opportunity to facilitate electrification of buses and trains in our region by making it a priority in the strategic plan.
