To support this important shift, the Illinois Department of Education is hosting a webinar on August 10th: Advancing Climate Education in Illinois: Resources for Implementing PA 103-0837. This is a unique, cross-agency professional learning session designed to support Illinois educators in implementing the climate change education requirements outlined in Public Act 103-0837. The webinar brings together expertise from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA), Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), Illinois Climate Education Hub, and the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
