7th Annual Green Bay Trail Day

BUTTERFLIES AND BLOOMS

Friends of the Green Bay Trail will host its 7^th Annual FREE Trail Day to celebrate its flourishing restored landscape and habitat areas.

Start the day with a stroll to enjoys its blooms, butterflies and more than 25 colorful interactive information and activity stations hosted by local experts.  Collect free native plants, tree samples and resources offered by restoration experts, birders and more.

Plein Air Painters. musicians and balloon artist will enhance the festivities.  Discover Fairy Houses hidden among wildflowers and grasses on the way to Family crafts and activities. Take a tour of the Glencoe’s new Greenhouse. Conclude your stroll watching the metamorphosis of butterflies at the Mary St. butterfly hatchery.
